Ebus User Reviews
Ebus receives mixed feedback from its passengers. Many appreciate the smooth rides and professional drivers, often highlighting good communication during trips. However, there are concerns about frequent delays and occasional mechanical issues leading to bus changes. Some users have also noted a decline in cleanliness on certain routes and challenges with seating arrangements at stops like Merritt BC due to icy conditions or lack of guidance for new passengers boarding the bus.
Excellent service and comfortable. The only issue was one loud and unruly passenger that reeked of alcohol, scaring a young boy. He came and sat by me for a few minutes thinking I was someone else and made awkward conversation making me uncomfortable. I believe he was drinking on the drive.
Jennifer C.
The service is good, but improvements could be made - the coach could be cleaner, a seat behind the driver was defective (would not raise to its upright position), and the stop in Merrit was fraught with ice. I’m happy to see this important service, but the coaches must be cleaned between runs. If a seat is unrepaired, what else is unrepaired? Are these coaches safe to be on the road?
