Red Arrow User Reviews
Red Arrow receives praise for its clean and comfortable buses, with friendly drivers contributing to a pleasant experience. However, some users noted issues such as the absence of USB ports and hot water, unpleasant bathroom odors, increased ticket costs compared to previous trips, occasional delays due to weather or breakdowns. Despite these concerns, passengers appreciate the overall service quality provided by Red Arrow.
I like the communication letting me know if there are any changes in the schedule and route, the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the attentiveness of the two—or three-member crew. Also, being able to choose where to sit comfortably, like in an airplane-style chair (pull-out tables are included for each chair), is a bonus.
