Bus Tickets from Banff to Crowfoot LRT Station

The bus was cancelled and I was rebooked on a Banff Explorer service going to Calgary Airport when I had booked the Canada Bus which was going to drop me downtown by the Calgary Tower.

The driver was nice enough to call me when I was a little lost getting to the bus. He waited (not long) for me to get there. I was brought directly to where I needed to be.

All went well after all, but the pdf file which was sent as ticket was not readable!

I couldn't contact even when the bus delay and I was not sure bus is coming or not.

I enjoyed the journey. However the delay not so much. I do understand that the delay was caused by natural causes on the route.

The driver was amazingly kind and even stayed with us until our ride came at the end of the trip!

It was on time. But dropped off far away from the scheduled location (instead ofcrowfoot train station, dropped off 1km away)

Our driver, Brad, was great and super helpful. The bus is so comfortable, clean and tidy.

The bus I booked didn't exist

My bus at 2pm never showed up, I couldn’t get in contact with anyone, I was eventually put on a different bus that didn’t even go to my destination so I had to pay more money/spend more time getting from Crowfoot to downtown

Service was right on time. The driver was a great driver and went above and beyond the call of duty in every way.

Driver was very friendly and dropped me off at my hotel instead of the general airport

Took 2 trips between banff and Calgary on the 14th and 15th. I had the same bus driver, who was incredibly kind and a lovely conversationalist. He remembered my name when I rode with him back to Calgary on the 15th, which I thought was very sweet. The bus was very clean and the seats themselves were comfy, it was only the fact that it wouldn’t be very comfortable for taller passengers (like myself). There was also no power outlets like I had the impression there was. Other than that the ride was wonderful, 4/5

Vivo Green was great. I booked very early morning shuttle from Calgary to Banff to catch the ski lift. I was the only passenger, the driver has been patiently waiting for me and took me to banff on time. I am so grateful for their services. I will book their shuttle for sure in future.

Was great that the bus was there 10 mins early, I'm a nervous traveller so to have the bus ready early really helped calm me.

Very bad. The car left 30 minutes later than scheduled. It's not the first time I've waited 30 minutes, last time I waited outside for more than 30 minutes because of the delay of the transport. I do not recommend it.

Driver was so friendly and he dropped me at the Airport directly when I selected the wrong drop off location by mistake

Driver was on time but didn't offer to help with the bags when getting in and out. Very rickety/vibrating journey for some reason.
