The car was very comfortable

The ride to Calgary from canmore was so smooth and relaxing I fellasleep. The driver was so polite when he woke me I thought it was my mom.

Enjoyed the comfort of the bus and the great driver

It sucked being told to be at the stop 15min early for a bus that is 20min late. It was cold waiting outside in the middle of winter.

My experience with Rider Express was great. The bus was late however the driver to care to both call and text me to inform me of the delay and provided updates of estimated ETA which was amazing.

It was brutal

I was actually pretty impressed by the quality of the bus. Was late only because of traffic which can be difficult in the Banff area. Was also impressed that someone phoned me to let me know the bus was en route and to confirm that I was at the stop waiting. Nice touch with the water bottle.

Driver was very nice! Bus was spacious and drive was smooth. The air conditioning did not work and it was so hot on the bus the entire trip, the driver tried his best to fix it but it wasn’t working. Affordable ride though which I appreciate!

Yes smooth journey

The driver is punctual person during the service. However we're not satisfied with the pickup location at North Winds Hotel. Because we asked to pick up at Solara Hotel same as we were dropped off two days ago, the answer is no. Then we walked long-distance with our carry on luggage throughout a construction site. The driver then drove back to pick up another person at Solara Hotel. We talked to the service personnel and got several seemingly reasonable expectations, but I thought there's room to improve your services for visitors for sure. For example, tell us to call the manager and discuss the possible solutions.

The driver drove safely. He even put the bags in the back of the van. I found him polite and congenial.

Good trip. I wish there would be a stop downtown Calgary, like there use to be one at the Residence Hotel.

Arrived on time and friendly however there were several people travelling alone which made seating awkward driver should’ve asked people travelling alone to sit together so me and my partner could sit with each other

Wasn’t sure at first sight . But the ride was great. Driver was courteous. While driving he kept both hands on the wheel and was very alert. I was very pleased with the ride and price

Though I appreciated the minivan vs just cancelling due to low bookings, the driver used his phone while driving on the highway. He also had to slam on the brakes several times because of aggressive driving on the highway. In the city he was much better.
