FlixBus User Reviews
FlixBus receives praise for its punctuality, with many users noting timely departures and arrivals. The drivers are often described as friendly and professional, contributing to a pleasant travel experience. However, some passengers mention issues such as inconsistent WiFi connectivity, lack of power outlets at certain seats, uncomfortable seating arrangements in the back rows, occasional unpleasant odors from toilets or ventilation systems on board buses that could be improved upon without detracting from overall satisfaction levels experienced by most travelers using this service provider's offerings across various routes they operate globally today!
I really appreciate it how I was treated... The only thing I don't like is the fact that if a person may be confused about the exact location of departure and just so happens to miss their bus that flix bus does not compensate them another ticket. Everybody is not from Los Angeles and has complications sometimes finding the location so I think that if that is the case that fliX bus should compensate the passenger a new ticket for another bus that's leaving soon after they miss their bussince they already paid for a ticket in the first place

The bus left late and didn’t start boarding until after departure time. The driver kept braking really hard which was really uncomfortable. The bus smelled weird like sweat and it could be smelled during the whole trip. The upper compartments didn’t open. The bathroom smelled really bad it could be smelled all the way to the middle of the bus. I’ve used other bus companies and the driver is always helping with the luggage but with this company we had to load our luggage and unload it on our own

I normally have no issues with Flixbus but this trip was different. Our bus started having mechanical issues so had to pull over on the side of the freeway. Driver did not communicate with us what was happening. Then we had to wait over 4 hours with no food or restroom access. Then he thought it was fixed drove about a mile and we were stuck again. Finally we were able to get back in motion but I have been on this bus since 1pm with no food and one bottle of water. (We are not at our destination yet as I wrote this and it is 9:51pm that us almost 9 hours and we still have another hour or two left) We never stopped at a rest area where there was food access or a clean restroom. The restroom in bus was nasty and did not have proper supplies. I’m very disappointed in this trip. Flixbus offered a 25$ food reimbursement but I wasn’t even able to buy any food. Then they offered a 50% voucher for my next trip . But after sitting on this bus for that long I’m not sure I’d be comfortable getting on another bus.
