I made friends, the bus driver and conductor were the best. They all had good customer service
Onalenna K.
The bus was very clean, driver very polite and his driving is safe. The cabin crew lady was very professional. I would use intercape over and over again.
Mariane M.
The bus left Gaborone on time, and we got to Park Station earlier than expected, which was amazing. However, the driver was rude. He could not allow passengers to quickly relieve themselves while dropping off some passengers, which was unpleasant. We only had one recess in Rustenburg.
