Bus Tickets from Hope to Vancouver

Easy, fast trip from Hope to Vancouver. Quiet on board and a safe driver. Will be using your service again.

Customer call service is poor, they won’t tell me if bus was gonna be late, then later they would say they didn’t know how late is going to be

Bus was 1 hour late, I called and it took 10 mins for them to tell me where the bus was. They said it would be half an hour late. Then they rang someone else who was waiting to update them and tell them it was going to be an hour. They didn’t bother ringing me the woman they rang had to come over and let me know. I was sitting in 30 degrees heat waiting. Very little seats left on the bus and the driver didn’t help me to find one but helped the other two get a seat together. Was quite embarrassing.

Even though the bus was delayed I received updates on arrival time. Very much appreciated.

I enjoyed hearing the various fact about the areas we where driving through. Given to me and the other passengers by our bus drive Toni. He was very enthusiastic and positive. I also enjoyed the fact that even thought I had a hiccup with my ticket.he was able to resolve the issue. allowing me to make it to my destination on time. And when I lost a piece of luggage. He made sure I got it back. Became very satisfied with him when an abstraction blocked us and he quickly found a way around with little trouble. It was impressive. Tell him he did a great job for his driving last Friday.

I enjoyed the fact it was roughly on time and brought me to my final destination
