Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Kitchener

It was worst, i have never experience this before and not even expect from flix bus and specially from Skyway Coach Lines.

Main issue was space. I'm admittedly a big guy, 6 foot 2, but on my first ride, having a seat partner, I was uncomfortable the whole trip. Had to squish my shoulders forward the entire time, and jam my knees right up into the seat in front.

i enjoyed the promptness of the bus. I did not enjoy not having wifi on the bus even thought it was mentioned

I was very happy with your service, I just found the actual bus stop confusing to find, I knew the area but didn't know where the bus was supposed to stop.

not really and I should have a a compensation delaye by three and half hours to reach kitchener

The driver of the first trip from Ottawa to Toronto frequently changed lanes and called with his phone a lot and it seemed that obeyed the rules. However the second driver from Toronto to Kitchener was a professional and a real gentleman

the first bus was cancelled with only 1 day notice, the second part was over an hour late

The bus to Toronto was 1/2 hour late. On arriving in Toronto, I was notified that my second bus, from Toronto to Kitchener was canceled, due to ‘technical issues’, and I had to find alternative arrangements.

My connecting bus time was changed to a time before I would arrive from my first bus (also a book a ride bus). Meaning I could not get on that connecting bus. I attempted to contact book a ride using the chat and email and got no reply. Was not helpful and had to book a GO bus instead for my second bus.
