Rider Express User Reviews
Rider Express receives praise for its clean buses, friendly drivers, and overall pleasant travel atmosphere. However, several reviews highlight issues with punctuality and communication regarding delays. Some passengers experienced discomfort due to tight seating or malfunctioning facilities like the bathroom door. Despite these challenges, customers appreciate the affordable pricing of their services.
It was a comfortable ride with no hiccups. Much preferred over even driving myself. For complaints; possible clarification on the pickup point. "Stop S" isnt visible on the mall side adding confusion. "ACROSS STREET FROM MALL" would likely be better than "CROSS BRIDGE" (as myself and others took the train, ie. 2 bridges)

The ride from Edmonton to Saskatoon was smooth overall, with a clean bus and a good driver. However, my experience upon arrival was disappointing. My ticket was booked and paid for a stop south of Saskatoon, but instead, we were asked to disembark at the downtown stop. When I inquired, the staff member on duty offered me a “favor” by suggesting I take a ride to Regina instead, so they can drop me on their way, which made no sense. It was frustrating to wait in the cold with my two children for an Uber to pick us up. Reboarding another bus just to get to my original stop wasn’t a feasible option. To add to the inconvenience, the bus arrived at the downtown stop about 45 minutes later than the scheduled time. While the journey itself was pleasant, this aspect of the service left much to be desired.

Bus ride was fine but we were stuck outside in the cold for an hour due to bus delays that were supposed to be only 10 minutes

No proper addresses for pick up and drop off The driver was rude Very stressful

Usually it’s a good experience but holy today was long. The bus went all over the place and we were 2 hours late to Ottawa than the expected time.
Sandy T.
Missed the bus as bus departure location was not clear as it could have been I did not realize that bus stop were also located on the "take the elevator up cross 2 bridges and take another elevator down" far side of the bus station I mistakenly assumed the bus would be leaving from the usual area of the station it had in the past
