FlixBus Calgary Banff recent customer reviews
The pickup point at Crowfoot Centre was a fenced-in Petro Canada station. There was no way to know where the FlixBus would stop. I had to run and wave my arms to get the attention of the driver. This was a bad dream come true.

Rude when I arrived. I arrived 5 mins before 10:30 and he said it was about time I arrived

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The bus timing was 10:30 but bus arrived at 11:45.

Easy to find and book the right bus service. The pick up and drop off point was clear and fairly easy to get to: Although the pick up point at Westbrook Mall could be vastly improved if the coach was closer to (adjacent) to the train station ~ it just makes for an easier, more seamless journey from Calgary city.
Coach trip itself was very good: pleasant and clear coach driver (Simon); timing was as advertised /perfect.

On-It Calgary Banff recent customer reviews
The only thing I didn't like was after we started moving, the bathroom on the bus got really humid and the toilet was covered in condensation. Other then that, the service and trip was great. The driver specifically was super friendly and funny!

The driver was kind when helping and arranging the suitcases, but he was terrible every time a passenger got off because I had to close the door every time.

Was punctual and on time. The driver was unprofessional, did not even offer to help with bags in the back, just opened it while he spoke on his phone. Talked on his phone to the airport- he needs earpiece and headphone. Had bollywood music playing for all 2 hours - I love it but not the time. He drove like a mad motorist, speeding into doing 46 when he enter Banff townsite and the ride was rocky in and out lines. Missed my drop off and then told me I must have booked somewhere else. In Winter, I would and could never drive with this driver. Bus could be cleaned up better

Such an easy pick up from gate 5 at Calgary airport. They even waited for a passenger who's flight came in a little later, very impressed with the whole service asked us to sit and wait comfortably inside then the bus driver took our trolly and wheeled our bags across to the bus. He drove safely and well. Arrived on time.
