How to travel from Calgary to Banff

Excellent! Highly recommend, our flight arrived later than expected and they sent a special shuttle to meet us. Very grateful for Mountain Park’s service ! Staff was wonderful too- highly responsive and our driver was most hospitable!

The driver was so kind, thanks. Just one thing, departure place from google map was wrong. Please update right spot or delete link to google map. It’s confusing and because of that I almost missed the car.

I had the best journey yesterday. Richard was incredibly kind and a pleasure to talk to. He was full of information as we passed by all of the different mountain peaks and I learned a lot. He made the 1h 30min ride fly by. I would absolutely book with this company again.

Horrible experience. Flix bus changed the departure time although it never changed in the app. Left me and my family stranded on the day of our flight. No help from customer service. Won’t ever be riding flix bus again.

The pickup point at Crowfoot Centre was a fenced-in Petro Canada station. There was no way to know where the FlixBus would stop. I had to run and wave my arms to get the attention of the driver. This was a bad dream come true.

Joseph was incredible. Kind, accommodating, took an interest in the passengers, was knowledgeable about the area and was flexible. He was the best driver ever!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The bus timing was 10:30 but bus arrived at 11:45.

Easy to find and book the right bus service. The pick up and drop off point was clear and fairly easy to get to: Although the pick up point at Westbrook Mall could be vastly improved if the coach was closer to (adjacent) to the train station ~ it just makes for an easier, more seamless journey from Calgary city. Coach trip itself was very good: pleasant and clear coach driver (Simon); timing was as advertised /perfect.

The only thing I didn't like was after we started moving, the bathroom on the bus got really humid and the toilet was covered in condensation. Other then that, the service and trip was great. The driver specifically was super friendly and funny!

Boarding was a bit disorganized but everything else was good. Being able to use Banff transit free was awesome and should be advertised

The transfer driver was punctual, friendly and informative. Pickup location was convenient and easy to find.

Great driver, very courteous, played nice music, for felt safe and secure in the van!

It was a lovely route however the buss was 30 min late and it was a mini van with no Wi-Fi or toilets. But doesn’t really matter. Just would be god to know

The bus was good and the seats were nice. However, the bus was late in arriving at pick up by approx 30 mins. Need to improve this.

Worst experience ever . Bus was 45 mins late and on calling customer service they said we have no idea where bus is. Ruined my whole trip and I cancelled. Lost my money

I spent most of my trip with my eyes glued to the road as our driver swerved all over, constantly drifting in and out of lanes. At one point, we were driving along the dotted line, occupying two lanes at once. The constant bumps from the lane departure alerts added to the tension, reminding us just how far off course we were. This continued to go on for the duration of the trip (2hours) fearing if we were going to crash or not.

The transport wasnperfect and super easy! Harold was our driver and he was super nice! 10/10

The service extremely satisfied me. It was super helpful, Jeff our driver was such an amazing driver. The transportation from the airport to Banff was super relaxed with Mr. Jeff.

Our driver Aljay was a super nice guy who had a lot of nice tips and suggestions for our stay in Calgary. Best driver I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend fairy bus!

We had a great trip to Banff from Calgary this morning. Our driver was incredibly generous, dropping us off at our lodge and returning when my husband left a bag behind. Many thanks!

Our driver was absolutely amazing. Courteous and respectful, very welcoming. It was a bit nerve-wracking that there was no one at the Fairy Bus counter to tell us where our bus was though, as it wasn't there at our scheduled boarding time. Thankfully an airport janitor was able to tell us they frequently show up right at the departure time instead.
