Bus Tickets from Harrismith to Johannesburg

Every bus that turned up said they were full and wouldn’t take us, even though we had purchased a ticket

The seats were dirty and broken, the bus kept having mechanical problems and the trip was longer than expected

We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time of arrival, and the bus kept making long unnecessary stops along the way.

The bus arrived an hour late .I even assume that it was gone because I arrived at departing station 2minutes after departure time.

The experience experience was good because we had amazing drivers who drove very good from Harrismith to JHB but punctuality was the only problem as they were 2-3 hrs late. Beside this everything was amazing.

Better next when making bookings, we should book seats because it was two of us and we had to be separated, apart from that it was good.

The bus was 1 hour late and there was no communication. I was unattended for 40 straight minutes before boarding the bus. The windows next to my seat was open and it rained along the way 😢couldn't even close the window until we got to Heidelberg and I asked a gentleman who was checking tickets to please close it for me.

The driver seemed inattentive and too busy trying to go I don’t know where when I was just asking if his was the right bus u was eating for. Really not helpful with information at all. It seemed like I was inconveniencing him. Then the bus broke down and I had to get uber from Heidelberg to OR Tambo so I can make my flight.

My trip was delayed for almost two hours and had a connecting transport from Johannesburg to Limpopo, I had to re arrange my schedule because they left me, this had an impact on my budget, hopefully I will get a positive response unlike these auto reply emails when we complain

The driver of the bus was so inconsiderate, unprofessional and disrespectful. He was on the phone from my pickup point to arrival. He was texting, on social media and talking on the phone. He stopped along the way on the side of the road, on a very dangerous spot ( the oncoming vehicles were even hooting) just to have a quick cigarette smoke. As we proceeded along the way, he stopped the bus again behind a truck to have a quick meet and greet with the truck driver

I was not on the bus

Worst experience ever!!! The bus was 2hrs 30mins late.

The bus wasn’t well equipped for the road as we were stuck on the side of the road for four hours. Furthermore, the water closet made the whole bus reek.

It was cold, no aircons were used.
