Bus Tickets from Newcastle to Pretoria

We got on the bus at 07:30 were supposed to be at our destination at 12:30 we only arrived at 16:00, we only had one toilet stop, no toilet on the bus.

The driver stoped at every taxi rank taking people on bus for money making us came late

Iyhoo I was very disappointed about the bus ,it came in time BT nt enough space for luggages we have to put de bags in de toilet an passage while other members were standing when the passenger rich the destination we have to take all the bags in de passage down,we were suppose to arrive in Pretoria at 12:35 but we arrived at 16:05 very disappointed.

Enjoyed the comfortable seats and luckily the weather was great but the bus was late, drove very fast at some point. Overall 6/10

The bus was comfortable but the driver was speeding in the rain and that made me unsettled

I didn't enjoy anything. The bus was 1h30 mins late. I never received any notification or apologies

Next time please give us tags for our bags and atleast put some bags so we can throw away our dirt rather than leaving it on the seat

The trip was okay, just that the bus was late, and we had to wait even longer at the park station for the next bus to Pretoria. Please do try to work on time management, at least if the bus is going to be late update us.

My problem was a broken window by my side and it was the only 2 sitter available as I was traveling with a toddler.It was making an unsettling noise and a heavy cold wind was coming in throughout the trip.It was a very uncomfortable trip for me and my child
