Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Tsomo

Worst experience I ever had. The bus was freezing cold and constantly asking for assistance with that with no assistance being given. Been told that it is like that and there’s nothing they can do about it. Apparently it was too warm on top as it was a double deck bus, while us who were downstairs were freezing cold

Extremely bad service I received bus was extremely late with 3 hrs after about 400kl we were changing to another bus what an inconvenience Will never recommend jobela bus

I enjoyed

Everything was on point. Mr Rhacula is doing a very good in people, he made sure everything is on point even for old people.

Not good because no bathroom and it only gives 15 minutes for refreshing

Yhoo Yhoo aircons and heater were very bad

I was satusfied at all because they dont carw about tgeir passengers and not eve give suitable comfort zone in theri busesi will never evee use th8s bus in my life there s no respect

The bus was suppose to leave at 17:30 but instead it left at 22:00 without any explanation from the driver why ,then from Queenstown we were taken from Makalala bus to Apm because the bus was not going to Tsomo it was going to Mtata while Makalala made a promise that they will take me home not in a town and I was left in the rain while makalala was suppose to take home since he said he will take me home when Apm leaves me at Tsomo town then they took one person from Tsojana and left me there

The bus was 4 hours late

Good but i have a complaint about the delay staying in capetown station

Everything was fine. The problem is that the bus was 20 mins late to departure and got delayed in Kraaifontein. That resulted into late arrival.

I had a nice and safe journey but the driver only stopped once. In Beaufort West. 😭
