Bus Tickets from Plettenberg Bay to Cape Town

Terrible bus ride. Chairs ro small bus very shaky and to top things off they lost my luggage

We were at the bus stop 30 minutes before the bus needed to leave, as per our tickets, so at 22:00. Unfortunately the bus only arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes after its scheduled time and without any notice as to why. Many of the traveller's on the bus already complained that the bus only stopped ones since they got on at 20:30 that evening. The bus got to our stop at 0:05 that night. That was already the second red flag. Our first break was again in Mossel Bay and than again just after 5am that morning. Was the longest trip I ever took to Cape Town from Plettenberg Bay. The bus arrived in Cape Town at 9:00 where initially it should've been approximately 6:30. Just note, there were children and older people on the bus, so less stops to make up for the bus not being on time, now became the traveller's problem. It was Big Sky and not the Intercape bus I booked for the convenience of a bathroom on board and wifi. Not sure what's going on, but until today no feedback was received as to why the bus was so late or the bus was changed. Very unprofessional.

The Bus service was horrible I initially booked a bus that was supposed to leave Plettenberg bay at 1:20am and the business only came at 4:40am and being a bus that i didn't even book

The bus was 2 and a half hours late no communication regarding the delay. Very dissatisfied.

The bus for 8:20 pm never came I end up take another bus from another company at 2am to go to Cape Town so your service is to bad very bad

My experience with this company is very bad,there was no communication with the delay,pitch up after 3hours,no apologies nothing. My trip was very long.

The bus arrived 4 hours late to the pick up point in Plettenberg Bay!!!

The bus was four hours late. Customer care service for Eagle Liner were not working. Phone numbers didnt work as well as their email adress. Eventually a number worked. We had to contact them more than once. They didnt make an effort to call back. We arrived 3 hours late in Cape Town. Never communited bus was delayed.

Not impressive, the bus arrived very late and one window was broken. Not again

The bus never showed up and never notified me that the trip os cancelled. I had to cancel my trip back and they deducted 20%. How can i travel back if they never even took me to capetown

Drivers doing check in for passengers need to be patient as there is traffic going up and down making it difficult for passengers to hear their names

The bus was on time, clean and to be honest the driver was way ahead of the arrival time which was impressive considering what a beautifully smooth ride it was.

It was my first time traveling with it, and I had no complains. Everything was on good condition.

It was my first time booking ilula bus and it's my last time I will never book ilula bus ever again 😡😡😡😡
